I am a board-certified OB/GYN and have been a passionate advocate and practitioner of women’s health for over 45 years. As a medical student, I was fortunate to have been trained by some of the best and most compassionate physicians I have ever met. But if my four and a half decades of clinical experience have taught me anything, it’s that conventional medicine, by itself, does not hold all the answers. Through years of rigorous research and first-hand experience, I have become a firm believer that natural and holistic healing can be a powerful ally in the quest for long-term health and well-being. This insight has led me to incorporate Holistic and Ayurvedic medical principles into my practice. I believe in preventive health care through the careful and balanced use of well-researched herbal supplements, essential oils, and bio-identical hormones. While not every ailment can be cured or avoided through indiscriminate use of supplements; there are, nonetheless, many natural herbal supplements which, when used appropriately, can help to prevent or alleviate serious medical conditions.
